At Counter Logic Trading, we want you to feel confident in your subscription. We understand that our research style may not be for everyone, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy.
If you subscribe to the CLT Letter or Earnings Alpha and realize our analysis isn't the right fit for your trading process, simply email us within 7 days of your initial subscription. We will process a full refund — no questions asked.
Due to the highly limited capacity, immediate access to proprietary trade secrets, and the irrevocable allocation of 1-on-1 educational time from our lead educator, the Inner Syndicate tier is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. There are no prorated refunds.
By executing the Binding Agreement via electronic signature (Clickwrap) during your application, you legally acknowledge and accept that you waive your right to any refunds.
Except as expressly stated above (the 7-day window for the CLT Letter and Earnings Alpha), all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused access, failure to use the Services, dissatisfaction with educational results, market or trading losses, or a change in your circumstances. This is consistent with the refund terms in our Terms of Service.
If technical issues caused solely by us prevent access to a paid Service for an unreasonable period, your sole remedy — at our discretion and subject to applicable law — may be replacement access, a reasonable extension, or a refund of the affected purchase price.

You retain all rights you have under applicable law and your card issuer's rules to dispute a charge. Where we believe a dispute relates to a valid, authorized charge for services that were delivered and accessed, we may:
We ask all members to raise billing questions in good faith and to give us a chance to resolve them before initiating a dispute.
Cancellation stops future billing but allows you to continue using your subscription through the end of the current billing period. A refund returns your payment and immediately revokes access. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
