If you subscribe to the CLT Letter or Earnings Alpha and realize our analysis isn't the right fit for your trading process, simply email us within 7 days of your initial subscription. We will process a full refund — no questions asked.

Strictly Non-Refundable

🔒 Inner Syndicate — $800/mo

Due to the highly limited capacity, immediate access to proprietary trade secrets, and the irrevocable allocation of 1-on-1 educational time from our lead educator, the Inner Syndicate tier is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. There are no prorated refunds.

By executing the Binding Agreement via electronic signature (Clickwrap) during your application, you legally acknowledge and accept that you waive your right to any refunds.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@counterlogictrading.com within 7 days of your initial subscription date (for eligible tiers).
Include the email address associated with your account.
Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Friendly Fraud & Anti-Chargeback Policy

⚠️ Zero Tolerance for Unwarranted Chargebacks: We actively fight illegitimate credit card chargebacks and payment disputes.

If you initiate an unwarranted chargeback with your bank for a valid, authorized charge (especially for the non-refundable Inner Syndicate tier), we will take the following actions:

Your account and community access will be permanently terminated immediately.
We will submit comprehensive evidence to your issuing bank and Stripe, including your digitally signed Clickwrap Agreement, IP address logs, platform login timestamps, and usage data to aggressively contest and reverse the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to forward the outstanding balance to a third-party collections agency, which may negatively impact your personal credit score.

If you have a billing issue, we ask that you act in good faith and contact our support team first so we can resolve it amicably.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but allows you to continue using your subscription through the end of the current billing period. A refund returns your payment and immediately revokes access. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
